6. Generated Content

Videos generated through Piqxel are provided for your commercial use in connection with your Shopify store. You own the rights to the generated videos, subject to any underlying rights in the source materials you provided.

7. Payments and Billing

• Pricing for Piqxel services is as displayed in the Shopify App Store or within the app.
• Payments are processed through Shopify's billing system.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Piqxel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our service.
